  • (c) credit card or other payment information - for our paid Services, our payment processing partner, Stripe, Inc. may also collect your name and billing address. Payment information is not shared with us and is maintained by Stripe;

  • (d) calendar integration information - read-only access for the purpose of automatically requesting to join a user's upcoming meetings. Accessing your calendar is only possible if you grant permission by connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar. By connecting your calendars, we may be able to determine who works with whom within your organisation. This website cannot create, edit, or delete any events on a user's calendar. We understand that users may want to revoke access to their calendar at any time, and we have made it easy for users to do so. Users can disconnect their account in the settings, which will immediately remove access to their calendar;

  • (e) information in connection with any client surveys, questionnaires and promotions you participate in;

  • (f) when we use analytical cookies you have accepted, your device identity and type, IP address, geolocation information, page view statistics, advertising data and standard web log information;

  • (g) any other information provided by you to us via this website, in the course of us providing services to you, or otherwise required by us or provided by you.

Below are the types of data we collect from the Perceivable apps for the communications platforms that we support. Each is only applicable if you/your organisation has installed the app for the third party platform:

  • Perceivable Meeting Bot for Zoom: Information about your meetings including meeting names and times and your user information (e.g. email addresses).

4. Use Of Your Personal Information

We collect and use personal data for the following purposes:

  • (a) to create your account and provide services or information to you;

  • (b) for record keeping and administrative purposes;
  • (c) to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements with third parties;

  • (d) where we have your consent, including to send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you. In this regard, we may use email, SMS, social media or mail to send you direct marketing communications. You can opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us by using the opt-out facility provided (e.g. an unsubscribe link);

    • Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    • We use a set of third parties in order to offer you Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services such as processing intent, meeting recording, transcription, keyword generation and summarisation services etc. We ask for your explicit consent to share your data when creating your account. If you do not wish to share your data with AI-related third party service providers, do not proceed with account creation. AI features are indicated on the Site with iconography.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data.
